I would like to thank Melanie Sugi for the personal attention she gave to my inquiry a couple of weeks ago. We moved to our new home with had Emtek door hardware. There was a decorative piece missing on the front door which disrupted the aesthetic presentation of the front door. I had been trying to find a retailer for these line of products. She very diligently got right on it and contacted Emtek with the inquiry and kept me updated on her search.
