Thank you Melanie Sugi for your awesome customer service! My window balance was broken and I was unable to order parts directly from the manufacturer. They suggested I go through a vendor that was listed on the manufacturer’s website. I called some of the vendors, but they either didn’t carry the parts, or was hesitant in helping me ordering. I’m so glad I found Medallion Industries and Melanie, who helped me. She was friendly, welcoming and displayed great customer service. She kept me up to date when the parts would arrive. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would come back to Medallion Industries.
