I would like to thank Melanie Sugi for the personal attention she gave to my inquiry a couple of weeks ago. We moved to our new home with had Emtek door hardware. There was a decorative piece missing on the front door which disrupted the aesthetic presentation of the front door. I had been trying to find a retailer for these line of products. Finally, when I contacted Medallion Industries, I was referred to Melanie Sugi. I emailed a picture of the part that I needed. She very diligently got right on it and contacted Emtek with the inquiry and kept me updated on her search. I was pleasantly taken aback with her dedication to my need, which many others would have dismissed off as minuscule and not worthy of the time and attention, that Melanie gave it.
I felt that my need was validated. The personal time and attention she gave to me is something that has become rare in today’s business world, yet it is a quality that is humanizing and one that is crucial to the very existence and expansion of a business.
